Cuetima: The Ultimate Tip Shaping Tool
This innovative cue tip shaper is the first of its kind, capable of shaping six different tip radius in one compact tool.
Designed for convenience and control, it allows players to shape their tips to the desired curve quickly and easily—no lathe required.
Cuetima uses a curved blade that trims the tip surface without generating heat, making it especially suitable for laminated tips, which are more sensitive to friction.
It's faster and more efficient than traditional shaping methods—especially when working from a fresh install.
Whether you're an experienced cue repair technician or a player who prefers hands-on maintenance, this tool delivers smooth, accurate, and hassle-free tip shaping every time.
How to use the Cuetima:
1. Unscrew the top part of the collet and slide your shaft into the bottom half.
2. Leave about 3cm of shaft exposed, then slide the smaller collet piece back on and tighten.
3. Insert the shaft (with collet attached) into the shaper tool.
4. Hold the shaft with your dominant hand and the tool with your other hand, then rotate the shaft.
PS: To select your desired radius, unscrew the brass adjustment knob and rotate the tool's top dial.
0 = Nickel
1 = Dime
(The higher the number, the rounder the radius.)
