Refund Policy
1. Evaluation Period
With the exception of perishable items, customized products, current newspapers, magazines, unsealed audio/visual products, software, game cards, other point cards, and unsealed personal hygiene items (which do not qualify for a 7-day return period per "Exceptions for Rescission Rights of Communication Transactions"), you have a 7-day evaluation period from the date of receiving your product. If you wish to return an item, please contact customer service within this 7-day window. Provide your "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Number," "Item(s) for Return," "Reason for Return," and relevant photos. Our customer service team will assist with the return process.

2. Return Guidelines
Condition of Items: Returned items must be unused and free of damage or defects not caused by human error. The 7-day evaluation period is provided to verify if the product meets your needs, not as a trial period. Please retain the original packaging (including external shipping boxes) as we may not accept returns without it.
Non-returnable Situations:
- Items that exceed the 7-day evaluation period.
- Products that have been used, show signs of wear or damage caused by human factors, such as stains, malfunctions, breaks, wear, scratches, or dirt.
- Products returned with incomplete packaging, missing invoices, or accessories.
- Cases of malicious or excessive returns.
Combination Purchases: For combination products, if returning part of the set results in fewer items than required for the discount, the remaining items will be recalculated at the original price.
Abuse of Return Policy: If a customer engages in a pattern of malicious returns, TS Billiards reserves the right to suspend the account, refuse further service, and blacklist the account.
3. Return Process
- Contact customer service via email and provide the information listed in section 1.
- Receive confirmation from customer service.
- Prepare the item(s) with all original packaging and invoice.
- Follow the return instructions provided by customer service to return the item by mail or store return.
4. Refunds
- Credit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited to the original credit card once the return is confirmed.
- Cash on Delivery: After confirming the return, the refund amount will be transferred to the bank account provided.
5. Exchange Policy
Items eligible for exchange must be unused and free from damage or defects caused by human error. Please retain original packaging as items without it may not qualify for exchange.
6. Exchange Process
If both parties agree to process an exchange, please initiate a return on the original order and place a new order. Any price difference will be adjusted by issuing an invoice for the difference, which will either be charged or refunded as necessary. If there is no price difference, no additional processing is required.
