3. Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery is available Monday through Friday; no deliveries are scheduled for weekends.
Orders placed during holidays or high-demand periods, or delays due to natural disasters, may experience extended shipping times.
Home Delivery: Actual delivery times are based on the route schedule of the delivery driver.
Convenience Store Pickup: Please check for a notification SMS and collect your order within 7 days of arrival. Uncollected items may result in a shipping fee, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
Package Unboxing: For mutual protection, please record a video when unboxing your order. For any missing items, a complete unboxing video is required for reshipment requests.
