1. Delivery Methods - For Taiwan

a. Partnered Couriers:

Home Delivery: Yamato, HCT Logistics
Convenience Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart

b. Delivery Time/Regions:

i. Home Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

Delivery Time: 2-3 days
Regions: Taiwan only.
Based on courier scheduling and availability.

ii. Convenience Store Pickup

Delivery Time: 2-3 days
Regions: Taiwan only.

iii. Postal Delivery

Delivery Time: 2-3 days
Regions: Taiwan only.
Based on postal service scheduling and availability.

2. Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery is available Monday through Friday; no deliveries are scheduled for weekends.
Orders placed during holidays or high-demand periods, or delays due to natural disasters, may experience extended shipping times.
Home Delivery: Actual delivery times are based on the route schedule of the delivery driver.
Convenience Store Pickup: Please check for a notification SMS and collect your order within 7 days of arrival. Uncollected items may result in a shipping fee, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
Package Unboxing: For mutual protection, please record a video when unboxing your order. For any missing items, a complete unboxing video is required for reshipment requests.

Please note, online shopping relies on mutual trust. Uncollected orders cause logistics and shipping losses. If you fail to collect your order without valid reason, TS Billiards reserves the right to suspend your account and blacklist it to prevent future losses.
